PAYMENT TERMS - Net 30 Days

SHIPPING TERMS - F.O.B. Shipping Point

MINIMUM ORDERS - All orders are subject to a $75.00 minimum line charge and a $300 minimum order charge.

RETURNED GOODS POLICY

1. No returns without authorization and must be within 60 days of invoice date.
2. All damages, shortages, defects, etc., must be reported within 2 days after receipt of merchandise.
3. All returns for credit only (i.e., no refunds).
4. All returns must be returned freight pre-paid F.O.B. our warehouse.
5. All returns subject to restocking charge. Please note, Continental-Aero is not responsible for any and all typographical errors that might be contained within our catalog.
